State Level

(1 ) Roll back of land tax-2013 : Finance Dept Notification dt.06.03.2013

(2) 2 % Land reservation for mining: Rajasthan Mineral Policy 2015

(3) Draft proposals for Eco- Sensitive Zone (ECZ) for all wildlife sanctuaries with special provisions to keep ESZ at 100 

 (5) consideration of  production levels mentioned in the mining plans as Maximum cut off levels while granting consent to operate by RSPCB

(6) Permission for plantations of 33% mining lease area outside lease area. 

(7) Return of excess fee by RSPCB  : RSPCB circular dt.30.12.2015

Central Level

1) Constitution of DEIAA at District Level : MOEF notification dt 20.10.2015 & 20.01.2016

2) Extension of lease period for Major Mineral leases : MMDR (Amend) Act-2015 (s. 8a)

3) Transfer of 31 minerals to state Govts. : MOM notification dt 10.02.2015

4) Separate regulatory regime for minerals : MMDR (Amend) act -2015 – Section -14 & Schedules A & B

5) Environment clearances (EC) Co-Terminus with the extended lease periods : MOEF OM dt.20.03.2015
